If your looking for a trainer who can not only get you in shape but motivate you to continue to stay in shape then look no further! When I started working with Justin I was an unhealthy 143 lbs. There was more flapping in my arms then the United States flag on a windy day! When I met Justin, he didn't just ask me what my fitness goals were but he asked me to think about what the barriers in my life were that was keeping me from reaching my goals.
